LLCC Veterans' Club
The Lincoln Land Community College Veterans' Club needed a website to promote their mission of helping veterans by encouraging participation in club activities and events and by soliciting donations and volunteers to support the Brian McMillen Veterans Scholarship. O3 donated the design and development of their new website. Case Study...
Julie Roland
Julie brought the creative design and healthy living ideas to the project, but needed assistance with project planning and the technical aspects of hosting, site construction and publishing. Julie will maintain her website using Adobe Dreamweaver. Personalized training and step-by-step documentation will help her maintain this website and provide a solid foundation to plan, design and launch five future websites as she realizes her dreams. Paris Dry Cleaners
Paris wanted to create a website that recognized their historical roots but also appealed to a younger, professional audience. Historical photos and a narrative history of the Paris Cleaning Company provide insight into Paris Dry Cleaners' long history. Current photos feature their unique vaults, wedding gown preservation services and long-standing committment to environmentally sound practices. Thanks to the dedication of Paris owners and staff and great teamwork, the website was finished in 5 weeks from initial meeting to site launch. Case Study...
Namaste Yoga Center
The redesign of NamasteYoga.com features a clean and simple layout. Namaste wanted their website to support their growing community by providing up-to-date information. Content was expanded, organized and optimized for reading on the web and for search engines. With more pages to update, ease of maintenance is now even more important. A calendar generator creates a current listing of all scheduled classes in about 5 minutes - without maintaining 2 separate calendars. Personalized training and step-by-step documentation will help Namaste maintain their new website with less work and expense. Case Study...
Community Energy Systems
I joined the censys web volunteers after this site was already created, recoded it to use more CSS (it still has some tables), cleaned up a few inconsistencies and improved the page layout. I later added the donation page and the WordPress blog with a custom image of a Central Illinois barn for the header. An RSS feed was added to the main site to automatically display the most recent titles from their Tough Love Energy blog.
MacArthur Boulevard Business Association
I helped plan this website, contributing information architecture and helping to define the site map, content consulting, template design recommendation and some of the photographs. The website was launched about a month after planning began. The MacArthur Boulevard area is a great place to work, shop and play - please check out the website and patronize the merchants there!
